Observation stays at the workbench
Selecting cork, veneer or felt in the comparison tool does not create a stored material preference. Filters and sample checks operate in page memory and disappear on reload. Melivorak provides these tools without reader accounts, audience analytics or advertising tags.
What an enquiry contains
An enquiry is transmitted only through the Send message action. Its name and email fields, subject, message body, receipt code and submission time are retained in a protected file on this site. The service also uses a non-reversible sender hash for rate limiting. The operator uses this inbox to review material questions, reported errors and privacy matters. No automatic mail forwarding or public posting follows submission.
Access and duration
The contact file is intended for operator access, not public browsing. Its contents are not sold or repurposed for advertising. They have no timed deletion routine, so remain until the operator removes them. Hosting may separately create operational request logs. Please keep laboratory records, identifying personal details and proprietary formulations out of your message.
Revisit a submitted note
To locate, correct or delete an enquiry, contact the site with its receipt. Additional details may be needed to verify which entry belongs to you. Removing browser storage is a different action: it clears the temporary form-security session, but not server correspondence. The cookie notice explains that limited session use.
